Regulation and Security

Every company, especially an online trading company, must have licenses and laws in order for their business to be legitimate. Remember that all respectable brokers hold licenses. Does Vestle fall under this category? We’ll see. A member of the iFOREX group since its founding in 1996 is Vestle Trading. The CySEC (Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission), Cyprus’ primary financial regulatory authority, has granted this broker a license and subjected it to its regulation as a CFD broker. Their corporate office is in Limassol, Cyprus, and they are run and controlled by iCFD Limited. Why is this such a big deal? Regulations prioritize keeping your information private while also ensuring that your money is secure in the event that a company files for bankruptcy.

In which countries does this broker work?

Vestle broker is well-known throughout Europe, including Spain, Italy, Greece, Poland, Germany, and others, thanks to its bilingual platform. In 2004, they made their first bilingual platform debut. You can’t reach them by phone and they do not answer your mail.

Very bad company do not use them. Customer service, logic and organisation is a foreign concept to Vestle. If you run into issues with their product down the line like I did, the attitude is Tough luck. I bought a product from Vestle via Amazon. It stopped working after a while due to a part that was needed. I could not get the part anywhere else. When I contacted them for a replacement part they wasted my time asking me to provide images, proof of purchase, and seemed to cast doubt on me as a genuine customer. I emailed back and forth in response to their inane questioning for several days only for them to tell me they wouldn’t help. This is no way to treat customers. Stop selling crappy quality items and then giving the middle finger when buyers request support. Thoroughly disappointed.
