DeltaStream Regulation

The Commonwealth of Dominica’s Ineffable Group Ltd owns DeltaStream. In addition to DeltaStream, this fake trading company also operates under the names Flex Capital and Iconic Capital. If you ever see any of those, be aware that you’re dealing with a shady offshore operation where multiple brands pose as your helpers in order to defraud you of your money. You may already see that your money is at risk because the broker does not hold a license from either the FSU or Tier 1 authorities.

Withdrawal Issues

You shouldn’t be surprised if you have trouble withdrawing your money because DeltaStream is unregulated. The broker is not subject to regulatory oversight and will not face consequences for turning down your request. You may already be aware that regulations require brokers to establish compensation funds that should be utilized for repayment in the event of problems. With offshore criminals, however, there is no such fund, and recovering money is challenging.

Reviews claim that once a customer requests a reimbursement, the broker freezes their accounts so they cannot access the money.

When I initially commented I seem to have clicked the -Notify me when new comments are added- checkbox and from now on every time a comment is added I receive 4 emails with the exact same comment. Perhaps there is a means you can remove me from that service? Kudos!

They are scamers, I’m sure of it. The site has been operating since June 2021, there is no license, registration is offshore. Do not mess with them or you will lose all your money, these scammers know how to gain their trust!

I transferred $5,000 to DeltaStream and now I don’t know how to get it back. They refuse to return the deposit, my personal manager says that I need to work off the bonus that their company gave me. I think it’s just a scam!

They call me on the phone from the company DeltaStream and try to persuade me to invest in trading on the stock exchange. I do not believe in such a trick, so I immediately sent them, but they do not understand! Honest brokerage companies do not do base calling, only scammers do that, remember that!!!

I lost confidence in this company around christmas 2022. Ever since i have tried to get my balance payed out. No luck so far.
Have sendt 10+ emails and had 20+ talks with people from Deltastream .. but no help what so ever. They just want more money from me thats all that matters to them, I was lucky i finally found help with Ivanfitzer23 (outlook) com, and his team of specialist who got me total refund of my balance in just few weeks of work. There is still hope
