Regulators and Broker Licenses

DeltaStock is regulated by the Financial Supervision Commission (FSC) of Bulgaria under License No. RG-03-146. The FSC is a governmental body responsible for overseeing financial markets in Bulgaria, ensuring that entities like DeltaStock adhere to established financial regulations and maintain transparency in their operations. However, it’s important to note that the FSC is considered a mid-tier regulator, and DeltaStock is not regulated by top-tier financial authorities such as the UK’s Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) or the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC). This may be a consideration for traders seeking the highest levels of regulatory oversight.

Trading Conditions

DeltaStock offers competitive trading conditions that cater to various types of traders. The broker provides access to a wide array of financial instruments with favorable pricing. Here are the key trading conditions:

  • Minimum Deposit: DeltaStock requires a minimum deposit of $100, which is relatively low compared to many brokers, making it accessible for new traders.
  • Leverage: For retail clients, the leverage is capped at 1:30 due to European regulations. However, professional clients can enjoy higher leverage up to 1:200, providing more flexibility for experienced traders.
  • Spreads: The broker offers tight spreads starting from 0.4 pips on major currency pairs like EUR/USD, making it competitive in terms of cost for forex traders.
  • Commissions: For share CFDs, DeltaStock charges a commission of 0.10% of the trade value, with a minimum fee of €2. The overall commission structure is transparent and reasonably priced, though traders should note the costs for specific asset classes.

Overall, DeltaStock offers favorable trading conditions, especially for traders who prefer a broad selection of instruments and relatively low starting deposits.

User Feedback

DeltaStock has received a mix of positive and negative reviews from traders, reflecting both strengths and weaknesses.

  • Positive Feedback:
    • Many users appreciate the variety of assets available, which includes forex, commodities, indices, shares, and cryptocurrencies. This variety allows traders to diversify their portfolios and explore different markets.
    • Traders also value the powerful MetaTrader 5 platform, which is widely regarded for its advanced charting tools and automated trading capabilities.
    • The low minimum deposit of $100 is a common highlight, making DeltaStock an accessible platform for beginner traders.
  • Negative Feedback:
    • A significant number of traders have raised concerns about the customer support services, with complaints about slow response times and difficulty resolving issues.
    • Some users have mentioned issues with withdrawals, particularly in terms of delays or additional verification requirements, which can be frustrating.
    • A few reviews point to the high leverage offered to professional clients as risky, with some traders suggesting that it encourages over-leveraging.

Pros and Cons

Pros:

  • Low Minimum Deposit: Starting with just $100 makes it accessible to new traders.
  • Wide Range of Assets: Traders can access forex, commodities, shares, and cryptocurrencies, allowing for portfolio diversification.
  • Regulated Broker: DeltaStock is regulated by Bulgaria’s Financial Supervision Commission (FSC), which provides a level of trust and security.
  • MetaTrader 5 Platform: MT5 offers powerful charting tools, automated trading, and advanced features that are favored by more experienced traders.

Cons:

  • Limited Leverage for Retail Clients: The maximum leverage is capped at 1:30 for retail clients, which may not appeal to traders looking for higher leverage.
  • Customer Support Issues: Some users have reported slow response times and difficulties in resolving issues with customer service.
  • Withdrawal Issues: A few traders have complained about delays or complications when attempting to withdraw funds, which could be a concern for those looking for smoother financial transactions.
  • No US Clients Accepted: DeltaStock does not accept traders from the United States, which limits its reach in certain regions.

Conclusion

DeltaStock is a reputable, regulated broker offering a solid range of assets and competitive trading conditions. Its low minimum deposit and diverse product offering make it an attractive choice for new and experienced traders alike. However, the broker’s customer support and withdrawal processes could use improvement, and the limited leverage for retail clients may deter high-risk traders.

If you’re looking for a reliable broker with access to a wide variety of financial instruments and a regulated environment, DeltaStock is worth considering. But if you require higher leverage or need quick customer support, you may want to explore other options.

  1. Platform seems outdated and clunky. Customer service wasn’t helpful at all when I ran into technical issues. Not the worst out there, but definitely not worth trusting with serious money.
